Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 23, 1st and 2nd Grade will be cooking up a batch of Hoppin' John and Collard Greens. We're making enough so that if any older kids or teachers want a bowl for lunch - - - we're ready! $2.00 a bowl. Yummy!
Ingredients: Rice, onions, black-eyed peas, oil, collard greens, salt, pepper and thyme.
